Matheus began his work on YouTube in December 2015, when the idea of giving biblical passages and teaching some phrases in the style of “gospel chops” (LINEAR AND NON-LINEAR PHRASES) to encourage other drummers was born in his heart. The results came quickly, with more than 50 videos, Matheus has had more than 700 thousand views on his channel, and today he has more than 118 thousand subscribers and more than 11,778,731 MILLION views on YOUTUBE. He started playing drums at the age of 17 at the church he attends, studied with Juvenildo Santos, Silas Henrique, Samuel Mello, Felipe Sombra, Luciano Xavier, Luiz Pagoto and Diego Gil at EM&T (School of Music and Technology).

He develops an educational | interactive work on Instagram that already has over 160 THOUSAND FOLLOWERS. He also works doing workshops throughout Brazil and giving drum lessons (online) to MORE THAN 8 THOUSAND STUDENTS. He has been an endorser of the Drum Club for over 6 years. He acts as an endorser and ambassador for DOMENE cymbals. He is an endorser of WINCENT Swedish Drumsticks. He works as a SIDEMAN in the KADES CHOIR and in the band TEMPLO SOUL.
